“We were drawn to a Waterlodge as it ticks all our boxes. It was cheaper than a holiday home and there are incredible views in every aspect, as you can see in every direction due to its glass structure. You have a constant sense of your location and the tinted glass means you still have a sense of privacy; you’re looking outward but not like a goldfish in a bowl. "My favourite thing about life aboard my Waterlodge is the feeling of always being close to nature. I chose Waterlodge because it offered good value for money, was well constructed and offered a wide choice of layouts. My favourite feature in my Waterlodge is the open foredeck where I can sit and watch the world go by. I love the proximity to wildlife and having a direct connection to mains services. My friends and family all love the Waterlodge because it’s so different to what they are used to. Especially the outlook over the water!"
Love at first sight
“There is always this light feeling of floating. It’s very soothing, very Zen. You feel like you’re in nature, not just looking at it. We have a family of swans who are always around, they’re like our pets. Or a cormorant will be sitting on our railing, or you’ll be watching TV and behind the screen you’ll notice a fish jumping.”
