Our range varies in size, giving you six different floating apartments to choose from. The smallest, bijou Waterlodge One at 17m2, offers one bedroom and shower room which is perfect for individuals and couples. The largest, Waterlodge Six at 50m2, offers up to three bedrooms and two shower rooms, plus up to 55 m2 of outdoor space, which is ideal for larger families. So, you’ll need to consider which Waterlodge is best suited to the space you have available and take into account the outside decking area.

The specification of your built to order Waterlodge

Every Waterlodge can be customised to suit your business’ needs, so you can select a favourite layout and choose specific fixtures and fittings, to give a bespoke finish. There are numerous options available to upgrade your floating apartments, including:

– a fantastic roof terrace with railings and stairs leading from the lower deck

-teak-effect roof terrace floor for that luxurious feel

-air conditioning for additional comfort

-choice of kitchen appliances on larger models

-marine grade 316 stainless railings can be chosen (essential for coastal locations)

The depth of water for a Waterlodge is less that you think

A Waterlodge requires a water depth of 0.5m, so unused inland waterways and larger areas of water on your site could be suitable for additional accommodation. A great way to expand where perhaps it was thought impossible. Checking the depth of your marina or water park to ensure it can support our floating apartments, is therefore a necessity.
