The craft size of a Waterlodge Oasis 5 is a generous 12m x 5m with the ‘house’ being 8.5m x 4.5m, see below for details of the entire Oasis range.
Being a ‘boat’ it is owned outright with no lease, only paying annual mooring fees which include parking space, gated pedestrian/boat access with 24hr security, CCTV, Wi-FI, luxury shower and laundry room, bike storage, fresh water, waste disposal.
It is not possible to raise a mortgage on these products however it is possible to obtain boat finance through various online brokers.
