You don’t have to wait for a Waterlodge. We have preloved or in-stock models ready for immediate delivery. Occasionally someone within our Waterlodge community has a change of circumstances and needs to sell on their beloved floating home. How do I find out when a preloved Waterlodge is available for sale?
We have a dedicated section on our website for preloved Waterlodges that are currently for sale. Most of these preloved Waterlodges are in Brighton Marina, a fabulous coastal marina in the southeast of England, but some do become available in other locations so it’s worth keeping an eye out. As all our models are built with longevity and functionality in mind and make a wonderful base to live life on the water you will find a limited number available. Do you sell any ex-demonstrator models?
We often have a few ex-demonstrator Waterlodges with fixed interior layouts and exterior features.
Recently we have launched a new Eden range and so have a few Oasis and Eden ex-demonstrator models for sale. The Oasis is our original and successful model that creates the ideal floating accommodation. The Eden is a more contemporary design build with a modern design. How affordable can a preloved or ex-demonstrator Waterlodge be?
As expected, our range of models are well sought after, so tend to hold their value as they prove to be a great investment. However, in stock ex-demonstrator floating apartments that we have used at boat shows, trade exhibitions and in marina locations will be discounted by a few thousand pounds. Some of the specifications are excellent, so you can get features such as solar panels, air conditioning and underfloor heating.
How quickly can I get my used Waterlodge?
We can arrange delivery of in-stock Waterlodges on receipt of payment. We will quote separately for delivery. You can take possession of your preloved Waterlodge on completion of the sale. This usually takes a matter of weeks.
How long would I have to wait if I wanted a new and bespoke Waterlodge?
We are proud to offer a very short lead time if you are looking for a new and bespoke Waterlodge. Upon full payment, one should expect to wait 5–6 months for the delivery of a new floating apartment. This can vary slightly, dependent on demand and level of finish required. We think you’ll find this is extremely fast compared to the competition.
