Now that summer is near, the thought of relaxing and whiling away the days on a Waterlodge become even more appealing. There are some wonderful marinas in the UK where our Waterlodgers enjoy their life on the water. We caught up with Liz, based in Redhill Marina, to hear about all the great things she has to say about her Waterlodge.
A peaceful hangout on the water
Waterlodge floating apartments are incredibly versatile, they suit many different lifestyles and so we have a diverse group of customers. For our customer Liz, her Waterlodge is the ideal retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
“I currently use my Waterlodge as my hangout, it’s the perfect place to watch the world go by and be near to nature. It’s where I escape to when I need some peace and quiet, it’s the perfect hideaway!”

A key benefit of owning a Waterlodge is that there are 17 beautiful Marinas to choose from, meaning there is an ideal location for everyone.
“I decided to go with Redhill Marina so I could have views of the river and it is also 35 minutes from me and my friends which is a massive bonus as I can pop over whenever I like to relax and chill.”

In the longer term, the lodge may become Liz’s permanent home.
“Although at the moment I just use my Waterlodge as a hangout, it will potentially become my permanent home when I start to write my book.”
