We went to The Holiday Park and Resort Innovation show!
As some of you may already know we have been busy over the last week preparing for The Holiday Park and Resort Innovation Show. It was so refreshing being back to in-person events again, networking really is better face-to-face! It was great speaking to so many forward thinking holiday park owners about how the Waterlodge could help shape their park’s future.
The Holiday Park and Innovation Show
Just in case you missed our previous posts and have no idea what we are going on about… The Holiday Park and Resort Innovation show is Europe’s largest gathering of holiday park owners aiming to diversify and grow their offerings. With 1,000 top exhibitors and 500 seminars, the event was specifically designed to allow visitors to meet the faces of the industry and immerse themselves in the ultimate marketplace for all things caravanning, camping, glamping, and diversification.
Face-to-face networking is back!
The show served as a central hub for all the major components that go into making a holiday park one of the best in the industry. A perfect environment for us to show off our Waterlodge in more detail and answer any questions business owners had about our luxury crafts.
We brought our new model
While we couldn’t bring an actual Waterlodge to the show, we did commission a brand new scale model! Our newmodel is a perfect 1:5 scale representation of the Waterlodge Six, made by the brilliant Scale Model Makers. The model allowed business owners at the show to really visualise whether the Waterlodge Six would be right for them. The detailed layout and scale furniture meant that they were able to envision and get a feel of the product – it was also a great conversation starter!
We had so much fun at The Holiday Park and Resort Innovation show – our first face to face event since Covid-19, and it was a great success! We can’t wait for the next one!
