This page provides everything you need to ensure your Waterlodge remains in excellent condition. From requesting a service visit to accessing manuals and maintenance tips, you'll find all the support resources you need right here.

Warranty Coverage

Your Waterlodge is covered by a comprehensive warranty for 24 months from the date of handover (12 months for commercial use).

Service Requests

For routine maintenance or service requirements, please complete our Standard Service Request Form:

Emergency Assistance

For urgent issues only, please contact our office at 01590 630655. While we do not offer 24-hour emergency cover, you may leave a voicemail and we will respond as promptly as possible.

Out-of-Warranty Support

If your warranty period has expired, we are still happy to asssit. Service can be requested using the same form above.

Our standard call-out fee is £60+VAT for the first hour (including diagnostics), plus travel expenses if outside the Brighton area. Additional charges for parts or extended service time will be quoted in advance.
